Blending events are our most sought-after grape to glass experience because of the way it ties members to our wines leaving a personal touch to the club vintage.
These attendee-driven sessions give attendees the opportunity to taste the single varietals that we source both domestically and abroad while playing with the nuances of the flavors as they’re blended. During these events we have an arsenal of pipettes, beakers, note cards and tips to help you along the way.
During this session we’ll taste the young and dry Suisun Valley, CA Cabernet Sauvignon (Koch Ranch and Clone 169), smooth and velvety Merlot, and the wild tannin press blend of both wines. Each wine stands on its own individually but we’re looking forward to your palates to recognize the tastiest blends.
This event consists of voting on blends created using the same approach from the last blending event – or tweaking them to your perfection if you’re feeling it. Nibble on meat and cheese antipasto to see how each interact with the flavors.
